Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to anyone who visits kitchdaily.com. That includes people who read a recipe, browse a category page, or send a message through the contact form.

It covers data collected directly by the site. It also covers data collected by the outside services we use to run the site, such as our hosting provider and our advertising and analytics partners.

If you send us a message through the contact form, you may share:

You choose what to share. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.

• Contact form messages: kept for up to two years, then deleted.
• Analytics data: kept for the period set in our analytics settings, which is up to 14 months.
• Everything else: kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The site is served over HTTPS. We limit who can access messages sent through the contact form.

No method of storing or sending data online is completely safe. We cannot promise absolute security. Please be careful about what you share online.

Children's Privacy

KitchDaily is written for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@kitchdaily.com. We will remove it.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data.

To use any of these rights, email info@kitchdaily.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond to it. KitchDaily does not change its behavior based on that signal.

Some browsers also send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where the law requires it, we treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data. You can also use the opt-out tools in Section 06.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this page as our practices, tools, or laws change. We will post any update here with a new "Last Updated" date.

If you keep using the site after a change, the updated policy applies to you. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent again.
